The German machine construction company, ARBURG, is one of the leading
international manufacturers of injection moulding machines with clamping forces
of between 125 kN and 5000 kN. The product range is rounded off by robotic
systems in various designs, complex projects and other peripherals.
ARBURG injection moulding machines are used, for example, in the production of
plastic parts for motor vehicles, communications and consumer electronics,
medical technology, domestic appliances and packaging.
With its well-structured service and sales network, ARBURG is represented by its
own organisations in 23 countries at 31 locations and by trading partners in
more than 50 countries. However, the ARBURG injection moulding
machines are produced exclusively at the company’s sole production site in
Lossburg, which ARBURG has remained loyal to since its foundation in 1923. With
an unusually high level of in-house manufacture, approximately 60 percent of the
components are produced at this site on modern production facilities.
In this way ARBURG is able to guarantee the quality of its injection moulding
machines which is valued by its customers throughout the world.
