In order to offer its customers all components from a single source, ARBURG's
range offers, in addition to the ALLROUNDER injection moulding machines, various
MULTILIFT robotic system versions which can be fully integrated into the
SELOGICA control system.
The horizontal removal of moulded parts by the MULTILIFT H is carried out from
the rear of the machine. The area of the mould above the clamping unit remains
clear, enabling, for example, a second vertical injection unit to be used.
Moreover, short cycle times can also be implemented due to the reduced number of
axes and correspondingly short, fast strokes.
The vertical removal of moulded parts can be carried out with the MULTILIFT V,
which can be mounted either longitudinally or transversely to the machine axis,
depending on production conditions. The vertically operating robotic system is
used in the field of highly-complex insertion, removal and set-down operations.
The MULTILIFT HV offers the advantages of both versions. The hybrid robotic
system combines the horizontal removal of moulded parts with vertical
depositing.
The MULTILIFT V SELECT is a newly-configured, servo-electric robotic system,
which is available at a low price thanks to pre-defined features.
