In the field of preform production, the hydraulic ARBURG machines are used. These ALLROUNDER S machines operate horizontally and can, in principle, be set up anywhere, thanks to the low machine height.
ARBURG provides complete production cells, into which injection moulding machines, mould, robotic system, drier, mould conditioning and a refrigeration machine are integrated. All sequences of the complete system can be operated centrally via the SELOGICA machine control system. The systems are based on proven ALLROUNDER technology, the injection moulding machines having been modified appropriately for preform production.
