In the field of preform production, demand for small, flexible systems is
growing, as products must be adapted to rapidly changing markets in ever shorter
time periods. ARBURG offers various PRELINER systems, which lend themselves
particularly well to preform production in small series.
ARBURG provides complete production cells, into which injection moulding
machines, mould, robotic system, drier, mould conditioning and a refrigeration
machine are integrated. All sequences of the complete system can be operated
centrally via the SELOGICA machine control system. The PRELINERs are based on
proven ALLROUNDER technology, the injection moulding machines having been
modified appropriately for preform production.
The PRELINERS operate horizontally and can, in principle, be set up anywhere,
thanks to the low machine height, and are characterised by outstanding
cost-effectiveness.
